To Whom It May Concern:


This is a letter of the highest recommendation for the work of Michelle An on the sale of a property of mine. The sale was not a typical, simple sale but a time-consuming closing of an estate, and Michelle helped with every step in the process.


While the sale was proceeding, I was also working as well as dealing with another personal issue and was concerned about how would I also handle the refurbishing and sale of the property in addition to all my other responsibilities—Michelle’s work, strategy and assistance was priceless, and I could not have achieved everything that was accomplished, and ultimately sold the property for the amount I did without her!


Not only did Michelle act as my agent, but perhaps the greatest asset was her assistance with project management skills. She had a great insight into helping me select appropriate contractors, craftspeople, as well as an outstanding “stager” and photographer for the unit. This was invaluable!


Put simply, Michelle An took what I thought would be a complicated ordeal and made it super-easy. I would unhesitatingly work with her again.
