Michelle is the most impressive agent I have worked with for selling a home - and I have worked with several. Many agents will do the necessary things well - staging, pretty brochures, etc. Michelle will go far beyond that - with great attention to detail - to make your home show as one of the best homes on the market in its price range. Michelle has an uncanny ability to organize and manage many tasks and projects at once - far beyond ability or willingness of a typical agent - and she does it with a gentle but confident touch, always kind and showing up with a smile on her face. She works with an excellent team of contractors to do first class improvements on your home at reasonable prices. And her selling strategies also well researched and throughly thought out. I highly recommend her.

Michelle is the Best of the Best in the SF Bay Area Real Estate business!! Michelle takes her business seriously and is the utmost professional. If you want to sell your property quickly and for top dollar, Michelle is the agent for you. Her network is far reaching and contributes to her success. Michelle takes the time to build trust not only with her clients, but also with her team which includes real estate agents, contractors, stagers, etc. resulting in the best team in the industry working on your behalf. I am so thankful I had Michelle as my partner and trusted agent during a very challenging and emotional time. Michelle was the force behind our success in renovating and selling three properties for our family in a short period of time with outstanding results!

Michelle An is one of the great listing agent that I've ever encountered. I worked alongside with her over two years for many transactions. She's a very knowledgeable of the real estate field & trend, 1031 exchange, trust sale, tenant laws savvy, and expert in "Know How" to work with tenant issues problems.

Michelle recently sold a property of mine for a significant profit. Not only did she provide great real estate assistance and strategy, but additionally acted as project manager for refurbishments needed in the house and yard.  A big help was her familiarity with contractors and craftspeople--it made my life so much easier! Also, she possesses strong negotiation skills and felt she was looking out for my investment.  I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle An for any real estate projects.
